Business Combined insurance

For those of you trading from home, most household insurance policies do not cover you for equipment owned by your company. The Business Combined policy automatically includes a minimum of £5,000 business equipment cover.

As a limited company employing yourself or any other person, it is a legal requirement that you have Employers' Liability Insurance. The Business Combined policy automatically includes £10,000,000 cover for this, or £5,000,000 whilst offshore.

You owe a duty of care and legal liability to the client for any injury or damage caused by you at their premises. To cover this, the Business Combined policy automatically includes a minimum of £1,000,000 Public Liability cover.

Your contract with an agency will not provide insurance for your legal liabilities - it is your responsibility.
